Well, I have the portable base alarm and two other motion detectors. I use them mainly for my flip properties and at home. The hardware does what it’s supposed to do when armed. when someone walks in front of a monitored area, the alarm sounds. Setting up the peripheral detectors isn’t as easy as they make it out to be, but trial and error should get you up and running shortly. The remote Android app works well. Alerts you to compromised areas as well as self tests to let you know system status. Customer status is very responsive if you need assistance.
