How long does activation take?
tattletale processes activations from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday EST.
Full Central Station Monitoring our monitoring center may take 1-2 hours to activate your system. You will also receive a Welcome Call from them when they are finished activating your system.
Does my tattletale come with a warranty?
All tattletale units carry a two year warranty. Sensors include a one year warranty. Equipment requiring return will need to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment. Please refer to the Tattletale Warranty for full warranty details.
How long does shipping take?
Items are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and zip code. Orders typically ship within 48 hours. Our regular business hours are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST Monday – Friday. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
What is your Return Policy?
Consumer Units and accessories can be returned within 60 days of shipping date. Commercial Units and accessories can be returned within 30 days of shipping date. A return ship label (RSL) can be generated by our shipping department when requested. Units and/or sensors returned in new or like new condition will receive a 100% refund, including shipping.
Units and/or sensors returned outside of these conditions will be subject to a 20% stocking fee. Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on any returned products outside of the conditions stated above. tattletale portable alarms service department reserves the right to determine the condition of each tattletale product being returned. Product cannot be returned after 60 days of ship date.
